Acceptance
By creating an account or using ZeroLease, you agree to these Terms.
You must be 18+ to create an account, and 21+ to lease a car.
These Terms may change; continued use after changes means acceptance.
Account responsibility
Keep your phone and email up to date — they are used for OTP login.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Sharing accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension.
Platform role
ZeroLease is a marketplace connecting car owners and lessees.
We facilitate verification, agreements, payments, and dispute resolution.
We do not own the listed cars (unless explicitly stated as a ZeroLease fleet car).
Prohibited use
Fraudulent KYC documents, impersonation, or use of stolen payment methods.
Reselling, sub-leasing, or commercial cab use without written consent.
Tampering with GPS, odometer, or any platform-provided device.
Violations lead to immediate suspension, GPS-assisted vehicle recovery, and possible legal action.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Insurance coverage is per the comprehensive policy on the vehicle.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Indian law.
Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
Arbitration may be invoked per the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
