Identity: name, phone, email, Aadhar, PAN, driving licence.

Address: residential and (if different) permanent address.

Payment: handled by Razorpay; we store only order/payment IDs, never card numbers.

Vehicle: KYC for owners — RC, insurance, PUC.

Usage: page views, device, IP, GPS location of the leased vehicle (during active lease only).

Verify identity and process bookings, payments, and refunds.

Send transactional SMS (via MSG91) and email alerts.

Manage active leases — GPS tracking for safety, maintenance scheduling.

Improve product, prevent fraud, comply with law.

With car owners — only after payment and agreement signing (name, phone, email, address).

With payment processors (Razorpay), KYC verifiers, and authorised service centres.

With law enforcement when legally required.

We never sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

Access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time via Account → Profile.

Withdraw consent for marketing communications.

Request a copy of your data (mail privacy@avenaa.co.in).

KYC documents are retained for 5 years after the last lease (RBI / IT Act requirement).

Payment records are retained for 7 years (Income Tax Act).

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, and least-privilege access controls.
