Before agreement signing
Cancel any time before the executive signs the lease agreement with you.
Token amount is refunded in full to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
No questions asked, no cancellation fee.
After agreement signing — early termination
Notify us at least 30 days in advance via Support ticket or email.
Termination fee: 50% of one month's lease (deducted from the security deposit).
Remaining security deposit is refunded after a return-condition inspection.
Termination without notice forfeits the entire security deposit.
Refund timelines
UPI: Instant to 24 hours.
Cards: 5–7 business days (depending on issuing bank).
Net banking: 3–5 business days.
We initiate the refund from our side immediately on approval. Bank/UPI processing times are outside our control.
How to request a refund
Raise a Support ticket with category 'Billing / Payment' from your account.
Include the booking ID and reason. Our team responds within 24 hours.
For urgent issues, request a callback from the Help page.
Non-refundable items
Fuel, tolls, traffic fines — these were never collected by ZeroLease.
Damages found at return inspection that exceed normal wear.
Late-payment fees already charged.
