Car Lease Policy

Minimum age 21 with valid driving licence held for ≥ 1 year.

Indian resident with a valid government ID (Aadhar/Passport) and address proof.

KYC documents (Aadhar, DL, PAN) must be approved before key handover.

Token is a small refundable booking amount. It's adjusted against the first month's payment if you proceed.

Token is fully refundable if you cancel before signing the lease agreement.

After agreement signing, the token is non-refundable but the security deposit is.

Monthly payments are due on the 5th of every month. 3-day grace, then 1% / day late fee.

Comprehensive insurance + roadside assistance.

Routine service at authorised centres.

Live GPS for the car's location and safety.

Doorstep delivery and pickup at the start / end of lease.

Fuel and toll charges.

Traffic fines and parking fees.

Damages caused by negligence, accidents under intoxication, or off-road driving.

Only listed driver(s) may operate the car. Additional drivers must be declared and KYC'd.

No commercial use (cab driving, app-based aggregators).

No inter-state travel beyond what's covered by the insurance unless you inform us in advance.

Smoking and pets are subject to the owner's listing preferences.

Extension: add more months to the same lease at same monthly rate (subject to availability).

Renewal: a fresh lease on the same car requires a new token + KYC re-verification.

Early termination: 1 month notice, with a termination fee equal to 50% of one month's lease.

Default (3+ missed payments): we reclaim the car via GPS-assisted recovery; security deposit is forfeited.

Return must be at the same condition as delivered, allowing for normal wear and tear.

Cleaning fee of ₹500–₹2,000 may apply if the car is returned visibly unclean.

Security deposit refund is processed within 7 business days of return inspection.
